| - All Rooms have private baths and come with a television, microwave, under-counter refrigerator and in-room gourmet coffee.
- Kitchenette Units come with all of the above, plus an electric frying pan for cooking, toaster, dishes and silverware for four. There is a counter, bar sink and dining table. See the "Rooms" page for an example.
- The Suite has a kitchenette plus a second bedroom with two twin beds and a second TV.

| House | The house is ideal for groups, large or small. |
| - Six Bedrooms with four queen beds and five twin beds, sleeping up to 13 people.
- Five Bathrooms. Three bedrooms have private baths.
- Large Kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, range, oven, microwave, coffee pots and all the necessary dishes, silveware and accessories.
- The Living Area has a large dining table, wood heat, wonderful views, a TV, VCR, DVD and sound system.
- For Larger Groups, add private rooms and/or the cabin.
- A Large Barbeque, picnic tables and hammocks are just outside.

| Cabins | The 3 Single Cabins have one bedroom and one bathroom. Each is ideal for a couple or a small family. |
|
- The single cabins are on the river. Each cabin has a private deck, gas fireplace, a TV, a DVD player and vaulted ceilings.
- Children sleep in the living area on futons.

| The Double Cabin has two sleeping rooms, two bathrooms and is ideal for two couples or a family. |
|
- The double cabin is set in the woods (not on the river). It has privacy, decks, a gas fireplace, two TV's, a VCR & DVD player and vaulted ceilings.
- The Front Room has a queen bed, a full kitchen, a dining area, a living area with a futon and a full bathroom.
- The Back Room has a queen bed, its own bathroom and its own entrance.

| Group Information | River Run is the choice for groups from two to sixty! |
| - Twenty One Rooms with twenty one queen beds, six twin beds, eight full futons, and three single futons. We can handle groups up to sixty.
- For Meeting Rooms the living room of the house provides an informal setting. The front room of the cabin can be configured into a more formal conference room for up to thirty.
- The Winthrop Barn is just a ten minute walk from River Run. This auditorium can handle occasions for up to 400 persons. Refer to our "Links" page.
- Excellent Event Planners and caterers are available to help you with your arrangements.
- The House works well as a center for meals and activities.

| Misc | |
| - You can Check In after 3pm. Check out by 11am.
- If you will arrive later than 8:00pm, please let us know in advance.
- No Smoking is allowed in the rooms, but we do allow smoking outside.
- Pets: We have a strict limit on the total number of pets for our entire facility so pets must be confirmed in advance. We allow only one pet per room and we do not allow pets to be left in the room unattended. Add $15.00 per night.
- Pool: Please don't bring Floating Toys. We don't allow water wings, tube rings, etc. Only an Approved Life Saving Device can be used to support a non-swimmer. Balls are allowed.
- Reservations are guaranteed by a valid Visa or Master Card. Guaranteed rooms are held overnight.
- House or Group Reservations: A one night deposit (25% minimum) is required in 30 days. Payment in full is due 14 days prior to check-in.

Regional Map (Loads Slow) | - River Run is 1/2 mile west of Winthrop just off Highway 20.
- There are two routes to Winthrop.
- From the west turn off Highway 5 in Burlington onto Highway 20 eastbound. Please note that Highway 20 is closed in the Winter. Check our Links page for pass reports.
- From the east you will turn off Highway 97. If you are coming from the south (Wenatchee), turn off at Pateros onto Highway 153. If you are coming from the north (Canada), turn off onto Highway 20 at Okanogan. Highways 20 and 153 unite just before the town of Twisp. Continue through Twisp to Winthrop.
- From the Seattle area you can drive both routes in a loop. See our links page for The Cascade Loop.
- Our entrance is well signed, on Highway 20
- Coming from the west we are just past Highway 20's mile post 192. This is 1/2 mile before town.
- Coming from the east you must continue on highway 20 past town. Note that Hwy 20 makes a left hand turn in town at the 4-way stop. Our entrance is well signed, 1/2 mile past town.
- You can also reach us by turning onto Rader Road which dead ends at River Run. Rader Road is 1/4 mile west of town off of Highway 20, just past the baseball field.
